Any safari is potentially hazardous and it is essential that all lawful directions and advice of the Safari Operator be followed. Two Waters Safaris accept no responsibility for any illness, accident or loss whatsoever incurred in the course of the safari or for any expenses arising from such illness, accident or loss.

TROPHY PRICE LIST

Due to strict quota regulations, please ensure all preferred species are available at time of booking
Trophy fees payable only if shot or wounded
Whilst we endeavor to keep our prices fixed for the season, they can change without notice

DAILY RATES INCLUDE

The service of a licensed Zimbabwean Professional Hunter, vehicle, dedicated trackers, skinners and trained camp staff
Full board and lodging
All meals, soft drinks, bottled water and alcoholic beverages in moderation
Daily laundry
Field preperation of trophies, salting, tagging, preservation

DAILY RATES EXCLUDE

Trophy fees for animals harvested, wounded or lost
Dipping and packing of trophies
Freight agents charges and shipping of trophies to final destination
$200 cites tag for crocodile, elephant and leopard
2% ZTA TAX on Daily Rates
4% National Parks Tax on trophy fees
$100 trophy shipment fee from hunting areas to Bulawayo
$30 per day per hunting client utilization fee / concession fee / anti poaching fee
Gratuities are at the clients discretion
Accommodation before and after the safari
Air and ground charters into or between hunting camps
Any government taxes that may be imposed
Any changes to government trophy fees

PAYMENTS

We will require full payment of daily rates 60 days prior to your arrival date
Trophy fees and other miscellaneous expenses paid for on your behalf will need to be settled on completion of your safari so that we can comply with the National Parks Authorities requirement that all monies are banked and essential paperwork lodged with them within 14 days of the completion of your safari, this ultimately circumvents any delays in the shipping of your trophies

INDEMNITY

The hunting industry is a dangerous sport and as such all clients must comply with the instructions given by the professional. Hunt to him / her or any member of the group whether a paying guest or not. Martin Pieters Safaris / Bulembi Safaris accepts no liability for any injury, accident or loss received sustained by him / her and neither will be responsible for any expenses arising from any of the above! Clients are advised to take out the necessary insurance to cover the possibility of any accident or loss! Martin Pieters Safaris / Bulembi Safaris have no connections to the charter companies that transport our guests and shall not be held liable for any delay or loss of hunting days due to luggage or weapons being delayed or lost en route! We are also not responsible for delays due to bad weather!
